The October 2025 issue of Diabetes Care included a special collection of DPP/DPPOS papers to celebrate DPP's 30th anniversary (1995-2025).The special collection includes five papers representing a range of topics.

DPPOS was recently highlighted in the American Diabetes Association’s Diabetes Care NIDDK 75th Anniversary Collection.

Dr. Steven Kahn was awarded the Banting Medal for Scientific Achievement at the 85th Scientific Sessions. His Banting Award lecture, “Revisiting the β-cell: The Key to the Type 2 Diabetes Puzzle” was featured during the ADA Meeting.
